I have a few posts I need to add, but I forgot to copy them so I could add them. Oh well, I will sometime. But at least I have a few pictures that I can add now...
Adaline had a 2 week doctor's appointment on December 28th. She was 9 lbs. 3 oz and 22 in long. We had to go back a week later to make sure that she was still gaining weight. I was so worried that she wasn't eating enough, but so grateful that she weighed in at 10 lbs. 0.8 oz. Our baby girl is keeping up with her growth curve on the chart, a big relief to this new and worried mommy.
We decided to make a trip to Arimo, Idaho so Adaline could meet her Grandma and Grandpa Hebdon. We headed out on Monday 13th and came home on Thursday 16th. Adaline was so sweet and enjoyed being loved and held by all. Kevin and his family were there as well. Addie spent most of her time in Grandma Hebdon's arms. My mom felt so bad that she missed out on helping out with Addie when she was first born. So hopefully this made up for some of the missed snuggle time.
We also went to a girl's home in Soda Springs for a photo shoot January 14th. We really wanted to capture Addie as a newborn so that we could remember how small, sweet and cute she was (and always will be sweet and cute). She was 4 weeks old for at this time. So I had everything organized and ready to go for pictures, but I ended up forgetting Addie's dress and Joe's tie. Ooops! I was so frustrated, but luckily Amanda had a polka dot outfit for her to wear. I think it turned out pretty cute.

I love this picture of Joe with his baby girl. They are so cute together. When Joe would get up with her in the middle of the night, (what a sweetheart!) he would wake me up to nurse her. And he had so much energy and excitement at 2:00 in the morning. He was so loving and patient with both of us. He loves being a daddy. |

I love her little hands and feet. |

This was an idea I saw from a photo. I love her with her strand of pearls. |

Our "traditional" family photo. We took these at the end of the shoot, and she was beyond tired. Poor little thing was a trooper. |

And this is my favorite family photo. |

I love her eyes. I still wonder if they will stay blue or turn brown. I may be prejudice, but I think she is beautiful. My
visiting teacher Emily McKenzie gave Addie a giraffe rug, so cute and
soft. We thought it would be fun and add color to the photos.
